Only 2 new stamp designs were released in 1941. To commemorate the 45th year of death was an apple green stamp featuring Jose Rizal. These were released as individual definitive stamps, officials and also in booklet panes of 6. Lastly, 4 different colors and values of a single air mail design were also released depicting a Moro Vinta boat and the Clipper seaplane.
