Oddities – Virgin of Antipolo Extra Long
I was preparing some duplicate stamps for sale on eBay when I noticed the following:

30s and 90s stamps (Scott #’s PH 1303 & PH 1304 respectively) were released in 1976 to commemorate the 350th anniversary of the arrival of the Virgin of Antipolo. These are not uncommon stamps to Philippine philatelists. However, you will notice the stamp to the right is several mm longer than it should be. The size difference is easy to spot due to the large white section leading into the bottom perforation.
This is a pretty significant misalignment issue where the bottom perforation is a good 2mm lower that it should be. Not a particularly valuable error stamp but a nice one to add to my collection of oddities.
Shout out if you’ve seen some other oddities related to this stamp.
Thanks for reading, happy hunting and have fun with your collection!
