Just Completed – 1880 Telegraphic Revenues

1880 can be a challenging year to collect for Philippine telegraphic revenue stamps. I have finally collected one of each listed stamp. This set in MNH still eludes me though so you will see all stamps are cancelled. Cancellations are typically via a punched hole or the Binondo Telegraph cancel.

5 stamps make up the complete set but I’ve included a 5 Peso stamp with both cancellation types below (hence the total of 6 stamps). The 10 Peso stamp is considered scarce and hence the hardest to find. More details on these stamps can be found in the History of Philippine Revenue Stamps pages.
